Rigging these Lazer Sharp Hooks are a super simple process.

EWG Finesse Jig

  1. Finding the center of your Ned Style soft plastic and start threading your soft plastic up onto the hook.

  2. Just past the barb pop your hook out of the soft plastic and keep threading it up onto the collar of the hook.

  3. As soon as you reach the collar of the hook rotate the soft plastic around to where it the plastic sits flush up against the jighead.

  4. Lay the soft plastic next to the hook and determine where your hook needs to go for the soft plastic to be perfectly straight.

  5. Collapse the soft plastic and push the hook through and out the other side of your Ned style soft plastic.

Weedless Wacky Jig

  1. Eyeball the center of your soft plastic stick bait.

  2. Hook your soft plastic stick bait through the middle of the jig hook pushing it down to the bend of the jigs hook.

Swimbait Head Jig

  1. Laying your paddle tail swimbait up against your Swimbait Head Jig eyeball where the jigs hook would need to exit to keep the swimbait straight and streamlined.

  2. Find the center of the head of your swimbait and begin threading it onto the Jig.

  3. Pop the hook out of the swimbait near the point you eyeballed to start this process for a streamlined presentation that’ll help your swimbait run straight.

Swing Head Jig

  1. Finding the center of your desired soft plastic and start threading your soft plastic up onto the hook.

  5. Collapse the soft plastic and push the hook through and out the other side of your soft plastic.

Darin Bass

Pro Tip

Darin from Product says: Keep bottom contact when fishing the Swing Head Jig! One of the most effective ways to fish the Swing Head Jig is to slow roll it on the bottom like you would a crankbait. Keeping in constant contact with the bottom and you'll get bit. If you lose the feeling of the bottom, slow down your retrieve speed. At times it might be a crawl, but trust me, if you stay in contact with the bottom, you'll catch more fish!

Stefan Bass

Pro Tip

Stefan from Creative says: Finding where bass are feeding in the water column is half the battle. Experiment with different presentations until you dial them in. I like to start with presentations that allow me to cover a ton of water. Start with covering a ton of water along the bottom using the Swing Head Jig. If you're hitting structure and cover without getting bit, switch to the Swimbait Head Jig and vary your retrieve speed to cover different areas of the water column. Using these two in conjunction will allow you effectively cover vast areas quickly and find fish!

PRO V NED HEAD-1

Features

One of the frustrating parts of growing as an angler is the guesswork involved when gathering the components to try a new presentation. Understanding these frustrations from our own experiences, the product team at Eagle Claw put together kits removing all guesswork. Whenever you open a Lazer Sharp Pro Series kit, have complete confidence that you'll be using the proper components to start catching fish with a new presentation.

The Lazer Sharp Pro Series Bass Jig Kit gives anglers bass catching jig options that cover the entire water column with exposed hook presentations and completely weedless presentations giving anglers a ton of versatility in one kit. Every Jig in the Pro Series Jig Kit starts with a premium American Made Fish hook armed with a super sharp needle point. Let’s break this down Jig by Jig.

  • EWG Finesse Jig: Designed to keep all the characteristics of Ned Style soft plastics that makes them so effective but on an EWG hook allowing anglers to take the effectiveness of Ned style soft plastics and fish them not only around cover but in it!
  • Weedless Wacky Jig: There’s no denying how effective fishing a wacky rig is all across the country. Anywhere you find bass you’ll find bass willing to chew on a wacky rig, but fishing a wacky rig in deeper water is painfully slow. The Lazer Sharp Weedless Wacky Jig allows anglers to fish a wacky rig effectively and efficiently in deeper water.
  • Swimbait Head Jig: Big fish eat little fish and the Swimbait Head jig allows anglers to imitate any forage fish anywhere in the water column by adjusting the swimbaits you choose and the speed you retrieve the swimbait head jig! Another added feature of the Swimbait head jig that makes choosing exactly what size you’re looking for simple is the sizes are stamped on one side of the jig head.
  • Swing Head Jig: Probe the bottom of your favorite lake efficiently with the Lazer Sharp Swing Head Jig. The connection between the football head and Lazer Sharp hook allows baits of any kind the freedom to swing adding even more action to your soft plastics.
